Terms and Conditions
We accept online payments made using most major credit/debit cards. Any payments made using these will be directed through World Pay's secure servers, our online payment processor. You do not need to have an account with them to use this, they simply process the transaction on our behalf. We have no access to any credit/debit card details entered through them. We can issue refunds against payments but can not add additional amounts.
We accept payments made through PayPal. They will also process any credit/debit card details or you can pay using your PayPal account if you have one.
If required, payments may be made by BACS, should this method be chosen all relevant details will be displayed at the checkout.
If you do not want to pay online please phone, email or fax your order to us and we will telephone you to make payment arrangements.
All credit/debit card payments will show on your statement as "One Stop", a trading name of our Company.
We endeavour to dispatch all items bought on the site within 24hrs on our couriers (subject to stock availability)* Whilst the majority of orders will be dispatched within 24hrs we can not guarantee this and will contact you with the delivery date should it be longer than 3 working days. Should we not have the correct size product you have ordered, to save on extending lead times, where possible we will send the next size up which will need to be cut down on site. We will endeavour to inform you of this but at busy times this may not be possible.
Please contact us if you have a urgent requirement or alternatively Email us your order and we will ring you with stock availability and take payment details if you are happy with the delivery date.
Please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to check the items when they arrive. Our couriers allow 15 mins per drop for the items to be checked, once the delivery has been signed for in good condition no claims can be made with our couriers for damages in transit. Any damages or delivery shortages MUST be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt. DO NOT rely on the couriers informing us of any discrepancies, you must inform us yourself as any damages or shortages reported after this period could be deemed to have occurred whilst the items were in your care and no claims will be possible.
Deliveries can be left by prior arrangement of the customer but no responsibility can be taken by us for any damages if the customer has requested this.
Deliveries signed for as 'unchecked' are not covered by our couriers insurance, so no responsibility for any damages will be taken.
DO NOT book your builder until the goods are onsite as some deliveries do go wrong and we will not compensate for any costs incurred in the delay.
We send products wrapped in protective packaging to avoid damage. When the delivery has arrived you need to remove the outer packaging and check the goods for any damage. Do not store plastic products in the packaging or inner bags in direct sunlight. This will avoid damage being caused to the products due to over heating.
Delivery Times + Delivery Restrictions
DXfreight make deliveries between 8am and 6pm, so unless a premium option is chosen when completing your checkout we can not guarantee a delivery time.
DXfreight operate a 24 hour service to England, Wales and parts of Scotland. If you wish to check the delivery service we can offer to your area please feel free to contact us with your postcode and we will let you know. Occasionally we use other courier services which operate to the same standards as above.
The more you order, the less the delivery charge! Delivery charges are calculated dependent on your geographical area and will be automatically reduced as calculated in the shopping basket as the value of the order increases.
Should you wish to collect your order from our warehouse, our post code is SA62 6BR, Pembrokeshire, there would be no delivery charge or packaging charges.

Returns, Cancellations and Replacements.
Replacing Damages Items: Please note that replacement items can only be sent FOC if the delivery has been signed for as damaged. Other than this any replacements and delivery cost will need to be met by the customer.
Distance Selling Regulations.
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days without giving a reason. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred returning goods, which will differ from that of the delivery charge. We do not offer a collection service, this will need to be arrange by the customer with a courier of their choice. All other monies paid will be refunded within 30 days, The 7 day cancellation period will commence on the day following the customer receives their order. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, therefore cellophane protection should not be removed and goods not cut or drilled. Boxed items must be returned complete, not part used. After 7 days a 50% handling charge will be applied to all returned goods.
Made to measure goods are excluded from this clauses.
