Payment
Please be aware that anything bought on line is done through our hosts and HSBC secure servers ..... We do NOT retain any details of your credit cards.
If you do not want to pay online please email your order to us or fax it and we will phone you to make payment arrangements.
All on line credit payments will show on your credit card as "Blue2", a trading name of our Company.
Please note we do not charge your Credit Card until we have dispatched the Goods.
Delivery
All items bought on the site (except woodgrains) we will endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours by Nightfreight 24 hour Carrier service (where available). This means you should receive it within 72 hours of ordering unless we are short of stock.
Please contact us if you have a urgent requirement or alternatively Email us your order and we will ring you with stock availability and take payment details if you are happy with the delivery date.
Nightfreight operate a 24 hour service to England, Wales and parts of Scotland. If you wish to check the delivery service we can offer to your area please feel free to contact us with your postcode and we will let you know.
If items are out of stock (including Woodgrains) delivery will be 6 working days.
A maximum Carriage charge of £20.50 plus VAT applies to all orders under £50, thereafter carriage will be reduced as shown in your shopping cart.
Please Note: We can not send items outside of the UK.
Returns, Cancellations and Replacements.
We will happily receive returned goods that have been over-ordered or ordered by mistake, please note we will pass any return courier costs onto the customer for this. Please contact us if this is required and we will inform you of the costs.
Should you wish to cancel an order placed with us please let us know ASAP by telephone (you will find the number on the Contact Us page) Cancelling orders normally incures no cost unless products have been specially produced for you order. We will advise you of this on cancellation.
Please note that replacement items can only be sent FOC if the delivery has been signed for as damaged or you have informed us within 24hrs of receipt. Other than this any replacements and delivery cost will need to met by the customer.
Distance Selling Regulations.
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days without giving a reason. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred returning goods, which will differ from that of the delivery charge. All other monies paid will be refunded within 30 days, The 7 day cancellation period will commence on the day following the customer receives their order. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, therefore cellophane protection should not be removed and goods not cut or drilled. Boxed items must be returned complete, not part used. After 7 days a 25% handling charge will be applied to all returned goods.
Made to measure goods are excluded from this clauses.
