32mm & 40mm Floplast Solvent Weld Waste System
 Floplast 32mm and 40mm Solvent Weld Waste System is a quick and easy way to install waste pipes. It is recommended that an expansion ring seal coupling be incorporated on long pipe runs for expansion. When fixing these Floplast Solvent Weld pipes Vertically there should be a bracket every 1.2m, if fitting these Horizontally then the spacing between bracket should be reduced to 0.5m. To join these Floplast Solvent Weld Waste Pipes you must ensure the cut is square and all swarf is removed. Apply the solvent cement evenly to both surfaces of the joint and insert the pipe fully into the socket depth, removing any surplus cement with a cloth. Allow 5 minuets to set before handling and 12 hours before testing the system.
These Floplast Solvent Weld Waste pipes and fittings are lightweight and easy to use. It is recommended that where this system is externally installed it should be protected against prolonged exposure to sunlight with exterior gloss paint.
