Floplast 404mm Woodgrain Vented Soffit Board - 2.5m length. (This product is avaliable in Woodgrain effects of Mahogany, Rosewood, Black Ash and Golden Oak. This is also avaliable in White, please see our White Fascias and Soffit section).
These plastic vented soffit boards are 10mm thick with both edges finished. All sizes are External measurements. A range of joint and end moulding covers are available in matching woodgrain finishes.
These wood effect soffit boards are pre-vented with air slots to give a 10mm clear air gap, this conforms to current building regulations.
