10mm Vented Soffit Boards

10mm thick Vented Soffit Board that has slots to provide ventilation to a 10mm wide clear air gap which conforms to current building regulations. The slot is 35mm x 3mm and a standard 50mm from the Front Edge. This board has one finished edge EXCEPT for the 304mm and 404mm board which has both edges finished. Avaliable in widths from 100mm to 404mm.
